At Puppy Patch Doodles, I am committed to ensuring each puppy is placed in a loving, suitable forever home. To help me get to know you and determine the best possible match, I kindly ask that you complete my puppy application.

Your responses will give me insight into your lifestyle, preferences, and expectations, allowing me to thoughtfully match each puppy with the right family. Please take a few moments to share as much detail as you can—I truly appreciate it and look forward to learning more about you.

If you are interested in adopting an Australian Labradoodle puppy from Puppy Patch, please complete our application. Once approved, I will share our adoption process with you so you feel fully comfortable and informed about how our program works. At that time, you will be asked to submit a non-refundable $500 deposit to reserve your spot.

When the litter is born, an additional $500 payment is due. Both the initial deposit and the birth-time payment are applied toward the final purchase price.
